Our Tees are direct to garment printed with water based, Eco Friendly, non-toxic inks. They are then heat pressed to set. This unique method of printing gives you the longest lasting & highest quality of any printed apparel. With the design being printed directly onto, and set into, the shirt fabric there is no fading, peeling, or cracking of any design or typography, through any amount of wash cycles. Our apparel is made to order, carefully created and never mass produced. Our process is energy-efficient and gives you the freedom to customize your tees, tanks, or other apparel. We do all of our designing, printing and packing in our home office located in Central Florida. Where we ship world wide.
Brand may be subject to change based on the availability of the product: if at any time a brand discontinues a style they manufacture we may be obligated to switch to another brand with the same color, material, and fit as the item ordered. We will notify you if there are any changes that may effect your size, color or style preferences.

SHIPPING NOTICE: All major carriers are experiencing significant shipping delays and have reported unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. This is causing an increase in errors, and tracking inaccuracies. Please continue to purchase as far in advance of needing product as possible.
Please note, you may not be able to track your package right away. It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan or enter your shipping information into their system.
Production & Ship Time
All of the apparel in our shop is made to order, which means every item that you order is especially created for you. Because of our unique custom process, we require a certain amount of time to complete your order. Our processing time for each product is stated in the listing.
When choosing your shipping method, please keep in mind that this will be the time it takes your order to get to you once we have shipped your package, after the stated processing time.
If the processing time for a shirt is listed as 4 days, and you have chosen 2 day express shipping. Your order will take an estimated 6 days to arrive to you.
Choosing priority or express overnight does not eliminate the processing time. We will still need the stated production time to complete the order. Your order will then be shipped and delivered at the speed of which you chose at checkout.
We do have Ready To Ship Items. These are listed in our Ready To Ship section. These products have been pre-printed, and have no processing time. All Ready To Ship items will go out the next business day and at the speed of your chosen delivery method at checkout.
Your *estimated delivery date* will be available to see at checkout. It will also be included in your order confirmation email.
*estimated delivery date: The projected date of delivery once we’ve calculated production time plus chosen shipping time. We call this an estimated time frame and not a promised or definite delivery date due to circumstances we cannot control or foresee. If something takes place that causes any delays there may be a day or two added to processing or shipping. If we are dealing with any issues and these delays take place it will ultimately change the date of delivery.
Post Office Delays & Lost Packages
If your order has been substantially delayed by the Post Office, and this effects your use of the item, where you can not make any use of the product once delivered, we will approve a refund request, and issue said refund upon return. We will send a return label for use once the delayed item arrives to you. When we receive notice that the unused product is shipped back to us, you will receive an email with a refund confirmation.

If your package has been lost by USPS we urge you to contact your local post office and file a claim. If you would still like to receive the lost item or need further assistance contact us right away.
Special Events & Need By Dates
We are very aware that many of the items in our shop are purchased for parties, showers, gender reveals, baby announcements, and vacations. We understand that these events will have specific need by dates. Before ordering, please check product processing times, and factor in USPS delivery speeds and their days of delivery. We always want to make sure you have your order in time for your special event or vacation, however if we are unaware of a need by date and you have ordered very close to your event, we cannot guarantee anything. Please message us prior to ordering to let us know when you will be needing your order, and if we can accommodate you.
Return & Exchange Shipping
Refer to our Returns Page to enter a return, exchange or refund request. In most cases we will send you a shipping label to use for the returning package.
